In May 2024 ELAM welcomed OFSTED inspectors to see how we prepare our Trainees for the creative industries with a unique and world-class industry-focussed education. We were thrilled that they saw what so many industry and educational experts and, most importantly, young people have seen…that ELAM is uniquely specialised in creating the safe creative community to allow our Trainees to thrive.
The outcome was testament to all of the hard work of our amazing staff, our fantastic industry partners and our Trainees and Alumni.
