Principal

Contract: Permanent, FTE

Salary Range: L26 - L33 (£101,459 - £118,686)

Start Date: September 2025 (With option of sooner start)

As Principal, you will lead ELAM into its next decade, driving its vision, sustaining its culture of excellence, and shaping the future of creative education. This role, like any Principal position, requires wearing many hats, from operational management to strategic leadership, all while fostering an environment where staff and trainees can thrive.

Cover Teacher 

Contract: Full Time (37.5 hours per week), Term Time Only

Salary Range: ST4 (£26,765)  - ST11 (£32,696)

Start Date: September 2024

We are seeking a talented candidate to support in the delivery of our curriculum. Although teaching is involved in this role, this is not a traditional teaching post. The role is broken down into 4 priority areas: Cover Supervision, Curriculum Support, Assessment Support and Cross-Centre Support.
