Signed to Sony RCA, Aeris Roves is establishing himself as one of the top up and coming music artists in the UK. He is set for a European Tour this year. He also supported Grammy Winner Billie Eillish on her ‘Where’s My Mind’ tour.

JVCK JAMES is making a massive impression on the UK R&B scene. The London born artist has been on tour with Grammy Award Winner Ella Mai as well as featuring on a track with Chronixx. JVCK has recently released his latest EP ‘Detour’.

Jess is the kid’s presenter for BBC Earth. She has previous experience working at Radio 1 as well as the Diana Award.

Ezu has had great success over the past couple of years and has recently released his debut album, ‘Arrival’. He effortlessly chains together Hindi, Punjabi and English lyrics which has gained him a loyal following. Ezu has had incredible support across BBC Radio and has had ‘Track of the Week’ on BBC Asian Network on multiple occasions.

Ben Frith is the founder of ‘Fused’ which is under Universal Music. ‘Fused’ focuses on music management and digital strategies. As the founder of the company, Ben has been able to give our current Music Trainees countless work experience opportunities.

Phoebe’s debut releases are highly anticipated. She has already received great support from BBC Introducing, with her track ‘Young Blood’ being placed at the top of the hotlist. She has also supported Tate Mcrae, Violet Skies and Sody on tour.

Creative A&R Assistant at Sony ATV Music Publishing. Lily moved from Wales to join ELAM in 2015 and since her graduation in 2017 she has been moving her way up in the world of Music Publishing.

Jasmine has recently started releasing music with Universal Music. She has received great support from Clash, Notion, Spotify, BBC Radio 1, BBC Asian Network and BBC Introducing.

Trooh Hippi works at Pulse Films. He has also had incredible success in Music, producing a number 1 song in Poland, amassing over 100,000,000 views on YouTube and producing a gold-certified record in Australia.

Molly Rainford was a childhood X Factor star and has since released music as a solo artist. She has received great support from all major streaming services.

GIRLI’s unique and outspoken approach to pop has awarded her with a large and loyal fanbase. Her debut album ‘Odd One Out’ did brilliantly across Europe and the US. GIRLI is currently working on her next project, she is always developing her colourful artistry.

Ashley Singh has just started releasing music. He has received great support from BBC Asian Network and BBC Introducing London. Ashley is also currently working at ELAM as our Recruitment and Marketing Lead

Natalie 2V is a rising star in the world of Pop. Her dark lyricism combined with world-class production from ‘Jay Nebula’ has created a sound that is exciting the Music Industry. Her debut single ‘Heartstrings’ has been a huge success, being editorially playlisted across Asia and Europe.

KamiKwazi has seen great success with his debut singles. His track ‘Low high’ was featured in Apple Music’s Daily Playlist. KamiKwazi has also had incredible support from BBC Introducing, featuring on their hotlist this year.

John Parry has had a multitude of success being played across BBC Radio 1,2,6 and Absolute Radio. His single ‘Enough’ has also been synced to E!’s hit TV show ‘The Royals’.

Starr has recently released her debut single ‘Time’ which was featured on Spotify’s ‘New Music Friday’ playlist. She has also been touring as a dancer with ‘Diversity’.
